The challenge
Nine buildings, five operators and no shared view of water quality or safety risk.
Our approach
We standardised plant rooms, added greywater reuse for flushing and irrigation, and connected every building to a single monitoring platform.
The outcome
A single water-safety record for the whole campus, with potable demand cut by almost half.
